Villlhelllm: How do You even Spell It?
Tiny Tales from Alyce’s Weekly Wonders
Hello, world! It’s me, Alyce, here to share all the fun and adventures I had this week. This week was extra special because Daddy went to Chicago, so it was just me and Mommy at home. We had the best time ever, full of giggles, cuddles, and girl time!

While Daddy was away, Boujee and Dapper went on a little vacation too. I missed waking up to their snuggles and seeing them in the morning. It was a bit confusing without my furry friends around, but Mommy made sure I had lots of fun. We played so many games, read stories, and had the best laughs. I think Mommy is the best at making silly faces!
Towards the end of the week, everyone came back home! Daddy, Boujee, and Dapper were all back, and it felt so good to have our family together again. Boujee even made sure to check on me when I was sleeping, just like always. It made me so happy to see everyone under one roof again.
Oh, I have to tell you about something new I experienced! Mommy gave me a kiwi to try, but guess what? It turns out kiwis and I are not friends. Nope, no way! I got a rash, but Mommy and Daddy took me to the doctor, who gave me some medicine and cream to make it all better. Mommy says it’ll go away soon, and I’m already feeling much better.
Now, I’m looking forward to a new week of adventures. Who knows what exciting things are coming my way next? I’m ready for more playtime, more cuddles, and lots more love.
Thanks for reading about my week! Sending lots of baby hugs and smiles your way.
Love,
Alyce 💕

If Our House Could Talk: A Summer of Missed Opportunities and New Adventures
Oh, hello again! It’s your favorite chatty abode here, with some exciting updates about the lovely family living within my walls. That’s right, our family has grown, and let me tell you, it’s been quite the adventure over the past few months.
Now, don’t get me wrong, I absolutely adore my humans and their furry companions. Boujee, ever the alpha, struts around like she owns the place, while Dapper remains as cute and cuddly as ever. These days, they’ve taken up residence beneath Alyce’s high chair – prime real estate for catching any stray snacks, if you ask me.
But here’s the thing: while life with a 7-month-old is undoubtedly exciting, it seems to have exacerbated my humans’ tendency to leave tasks unfinished. That fire pit? Still not hooked up. The overgrown lawn? It’s practically turning into a jungle out there. And don’t even get me started on the three raccoon situation in the shed, yes three of them!
I understand that Damian and Katerina are busy with little Alyce, but surely they could multitask a bit better? I mean, Boujee and Dapper manage to keep an eye on the baby while simultaneously monitoring for dropped food – now that’s efficiency!
And while I’m thrilled that they’re making memories with Alyce, I can’t help but wonder if they’re truly savoring these moments. Life moves fast, especially with a growing baby, and I worry they’re missing out on the simple joys of just being present in their home.
Remember when they used to spend lazy Saturdays in the backyard, Damian tinkering with his projects and Katerina enjoying the sunshine? Now, it seems like they’re always rushing off on hikes or beach trips. Don’t get me wrong, outdoor adventures are wonderful, but sometimes the best memories are made right here at home.
In the end, I suppose I’m just an old house with a soft spot for my inhabitants. I want them to enjoy life, finish their projects, and most importantly, cherish these precious moments with baby Alyce. After all, she’ll be running around and getting into mischief before we know it!
So here’s my plea to Damian and Katerina: take a day to enjoy your home. Let Alyce crawl on the (freshly mowed) grass. Hook up that fire pit and have a cozy family evening. And please, for the love of all things domestic, do something about those raccoons!
Until next time, this is your house, signing off. Remember, home is where the heart is… and where the chores are piling up!
Woof Woof! 🐾
Bonjour, les amis! Boujee and Dapper here, your favorite French bulldogs, ready to regale you with our latest adventure. Or as we say in France, “l’aventure de la semaine”!
This week, our dear papa, Damian, jetted off to Chicago. Ah, the Windy City! We hear it’s magnifique, but of course, we prefer the comforts of home and the loving arms of our family. So, while Papa was away, Auntie Sheryl graciously offered to take us on our own little vacation to her house. Now, Auntie Sheryl, she is *la crème de la crème* of aunts. Imagine a never-ending buffet of cuddles, snacks, and love. That’s Auntie Sheryl for you. We were swimming in affection, and let me tell you, we did not mind one bit.
Normally, Auntie Sheryl loves taking us on walks. She’s got this whole ‘Let’s explore the world!’ vibe. But zut alors! This week, it was hotter than a Parisian café in August. Even our adorable Frenchie snouts couldn’t handle the heat. So, we opted for the sweet, sweet embrace of the AC. Picture us lounging like royalty, basking in the cool air while Auntie Sheryl catered to our every whim. It was pure bliss!
Thursday evening rolled around, and it was time to return home. As soon as we walked through the door, we were greeted by none other than our little princess, Alyce. Oh, how we missed her! She squealed with delight, and we couldn’t contain our excitement either. Our little family was starting to come back together. Kat had a surprise for us too. New feeding mats! And not just any feeding mats—these are in the shape of dog paws matching our shiny coats. Très chic, if we do say so ourselves. Eating off those mats felt like dining in a five-star restaurant. Bravo, Kat!
And then, the pièce de résistance: Papa came home! Oh, the joy of seeing our pack complete again. We wagged, we wiggled, we gave our best “Welcome Home” snorts. There’s nothing like the whole family being together. It’s like a cozy blanket on a chilly night, comforting and perfect.
So here we are, back to our little routine, but with full hearts and a few extra snacks in our bellies (thanks, Auntie Sheryl!). We love our adventures, but nothing beats the feeling of everyone being together. Our little family is our world, and we wouldn’t trade it for all the treats in France.
Until next time, les amis. Keep your tails wagging and your hearts happy!
Avec amour, Boujee and Dapper ❤️
