Bonjour, dear readers! Today, we, Boujee and Dapper, your favorite French bulldogs, have temporarily taken over the reins of this family newsletter. Why, you ask? Well, it seems that our humans have been caught up in quite the whirlwind of events lately. You won’t believe the adventures they’ve been on!
Firstly, our dad has been quite the juggling master recently. Not the circus kind, mind you, but he’s been balancing house chores and some mysterious thing called an “RFP” at work. We suspect it stands for “Really Fetching Paperwork.” He’s been dashing around like a headless chicken, and let’s just say we’ve had to step in to keep the house in tip-top shape.
Now, about our beloved Kat, she disappeared for a few days to a place called Montreal for a big conference. We heard through the grapevine that she didn’t get much sleep there, and when she returned, she had these curious things called “bags under her eyes.” We’re not sure why anyone would carry bags under their eyes, but we welcomed her home with the best of our giggly butts because we missed her dearly.
As diligent fur babies, we’ve taken it upon ourselves to take care of our humans during this busy time. We know life can get a bit crazy, and we’re here to offer cuddles, sloppy kisses, and endless entertainment. Plus, with Kat away, we had the delightful opportunity to enjoy our dad’s company all to ourselves. He’s been our personal playmate, and we’re loving every minute of it.
Now, onto the agenda for this week. Our humans have many upcoming events to handle, and they promise to bring you all the details in the next newsletter. In the meantime, we must mention that it was Tete’s birthday! Kat’s little sister turned 5, and we’re sending her the happiest of birthday wishes with loads of love and a pawtastic party in spirit!
