Villlhelllm: How do You even Spell It?
Life Update: Another Visitor?!
Greetings, Villlhelllmians!
Can you believe it? We had another visitor this week – Damian’s brother (Our #1 – Newsletter Fan)! We were thrilled to have him over for dinner, and boy did we have a feast! We had delicious salmon and ate like kings and queens. Man, we forgot to take a picture of the plate. Are we getting old and not posting food pics?
But it wasn’t just about the food – we had serious discussions on museums, politics, investing, the stock market, society, and even artificial intelligence. We like to keep it real, you know, and that’s why we don’t shy away from discussing hard-hitting issues like using tax dollars to fund programs that you have to pay to enjoy. It’s like paying twice or is it?
After all that chatter, we decided to go for a walk by the lake. Sadly, the sunsets weren’t as stunning as they usually are in Hamilton, but no biggie. There’s always next time! Damian’s brother did see a boat he liked – could this be the start of a new adventure? Who knows, maybe we’ll all be sailing together soon?

If Our House Could Talk: It’s not all roses! Package Theft
Package theft is becoming a growing concern in our community. Recently, we fell victim to this heinous crime ourselves. Our beloved fridge organizers were snatched right from under our noses! It’s sad that we have to worry about these kinds of things in our neighborhood.
But we’re not too upset. We hope the thief enjoys our fridge organizers. After all, who doesn’t love an organized fridge? In all seriousness, our vigilant neighbors sprang into action and chased the culprit down the road. We’re grateful for their help.
To prevent any future package thefts, we’re considering upgrading our security cameras. Or maybe we’ll just start baiting our packages with our beloved Dogs #2. That’ll show ’em!
Stay safe out there, and keep a watchful eye on your packages!

The Things We Take for Granted
Life has a way of moving swiftly, and it’s easy to get caught up in our daily routines, often overlooking the simple blessings that surround us. However, when faced with the loss of a loved one, such as my grandmother’s recent departure, it compels us to pause and reflect on the things we as humans often take for granted. During a team meeting this week, my colleagues and I explored this concept, and it became evident that time and the opportunity to spend it with the people we cherish topped the list. This realization serves as a poignant reminder of how we we sometimes forget to appreciate and prioritize the precious moments in our lives.
The Elusive Nature of Time: Time, that intangible force that governs our lives, is both a blessing and a traitor. We often find ourselves saying, “I’ll meet with that friend or family member next week,” only to discover that the following week never arrives. Time slips away, and we are left with regret for not having made it a priority. In the hustle and bustle of our daily lives, it’s easy to become preoccupied with our own concerns and inadvertently neglect the people and moments that truly matter.
Prioritizing What Truly Matters: When we examine our actions closely, we realize that time is not the culprit but rather how we choose to allocate it. Our lives are a tapestry woven with countless responsibilities, commitments, and desires. However, it is crucial to consciously make time for the people and activities that bring joy and fulfillment. By actively prioritizing our loved ones, we can build stronger relationships and create memories that will last a lifetime.
Living Beyond Selfishness: Living selfishly may seem alluring at times, but it ultimately leaves us feeling unfulfilled and disconnected from the world around us. We must break free from the chains of selfishness and embrace a mindset that values the well-being of others. By recognizing the importance of spending quality time with loved ones, we nourish our relationships and foster a sense of belonging, warmth, and support.
Gratitude for the Present: Taking a moment to appreciate the present can work wonders for our perspective on life. Instead of dwelling on past regrets or anxiously anticipating the future, we can find solace and contentment by embracing the present moment. By expressing gratitude for the blessings we have, including the people we love, we develop a profound sense of appreciation that enriches our lives and those around us.
The passing of my grandmother has reminded me of the things we often take for granted in our lives. The concept of time and the opportunity to spend it with our loved ones are precious gifts that should not be underestimated. By appreciating the present and expressing gratitude for the blessings we have, we can navigate life with a renewed perspective, cherishing each passing moment and creating a legacy of love and connection.

Woof Woof! 🐾
Woof! Woof, fellow dog enthusiasts! Boujee and Dapper here, ready to give you an exclusive update on our fabulous lives. Grab a treat, sit back, and let us fill you in on all the pawsome details!
First things first, let’s talk about food! Our human companions recently re-introduced raw meat into our menu, and oh my dog, it’s simply paw-tastic! We’ve never tasted anything so flavorful and nutritious. The rich, meaty goodness satisfies our taste buds and keeps us feeling energetic and healthy. Our shiny coats and giggly butts are a testament to this new addition to our meals. Thank you, hoomans, for spoiling us with such delectable delights!
But it’s not just the food that’s making our tails wag with joy. The change in seasons has brought us even more excitement. As the temperatures drop, we find ourselves happily prancing around in the cooler weather. The crisp air invigorates us during our daily walks, making our furry hearts skip a beat with excitement. We enjoy chasing goose as they dance through the grass by Williams. It’s a dog’s paradise!
Now, onto our exciting news! This week, as you can see below, we’ve been working tirelessly on our most important tasks: looking adorable and bringing smiles to everyone’s faces. We’ve been attending obedience classes, perfecting our high-fives, and spreading joy wherever we go. Being part of such a loving family and bringing happiness to those around us is a job we take very seriously!
Life as Boujee and Dapper couldn’t be sweeter. We’re thrilled with our new raw meat diet, relishing the colder weather, and continuing to put smiles on faces with our cuteness. Rain or shine, we’re enjoying every moment alongside our loving human companions.
Thank you for joining us on this update, and remember, it’s always a good day to be a dog!
