We have new tenants! 🏡
After weeks of searching, we are thrilled to have found a wonderful family who will be moving in next week.
As the previous caretakers of the property, we are eager to pass on the baton to this new group, who we know will take great care of the house. We have been busy preparing the house for their arrival, making sure everything is in top shape and ready for them to move in.
Valhalla is a special place with its greenery and lush surroundings. It’s the kind of house that makes you feel at home while being close to the city. We hope our new tenants will appreciate and cherish their new home.
We wish them the best of luck in their new home and look forward to hearing about all the wonderful memories they will create in Valhalla. Cheers to new beginnings and a bright future!

One of my favorite sayings is “just keep swimming” and never give up. Last week, while working on a project for our rental, I was making no progress. I started to doubt myself and was about to call it quits. Then, my friend Moe and my brother surprised me with a visit. Moe asked probing questions that helped me work through the problem step by step, and I had an “aha” moment. If I had not talked to Moe about my problem, I would have given up, and I was so close.
Remember to talk to someone, no matter what the problem is. They may not have the solution, but 90% of the time, the solution is within you. You just might need a little help finding it.
Frenchie Update 🐾
Woof, woof! Boujee and Dapper here, reporting live from Hamilton, where the weather is getting sunnier and warmer by the day. As the days get longer, our human parents have been taking us out for more walks by the water, and we are absolutely loving it!
Our favourite spot is the pier, where we can bask in the sun and feel the gentle breeze on our fur. We love watching the boats as they make their way out to the docks, and we get so excited when we see them sailing past us.
However, there’s one place we love to stop at, but unfortunately, we’re not allowed inside or on the patio – William’s coffee. Boujee loves it because it’s her favorite poo spot. Dapper has his own favorite spot with a water view, and we always make sure to stop there too.
We’re so grateful to our human parents for taking us out for walks and letting us explore the beautiful city of Hamilton. The warmer weather has definitely put a pep in our step, and we can’t wait to see what other adventures lie ahead.
