New Beginnings!

Hello Friends and Family, It’s Damian and Kat here, with some pretty big news from our little corner of the world. We’re beyond excited to share the arrival of our baby girl, Alyce Lilith!

👶 Born on: December 13th, 2023, 4:13 PM ET
👶 Weighing in at: 7 lbs 13 ounces (3.550 kg)

This journey has been an absolute rollercoaster, and we’re so grateful for the support you’ve shown us.

A Week in the Life of New Parents

• Dec 11: We gave our exclusive group a heads-up: it’s go-time! #homeinduction

• Dec 12: Headed to the Hospital full of anticipation and a mix of emotions #pre-labor #activelabor

• Dec 13: Labor continued (long labor), leading to an unexpected C-section. But then, Alyce arrived, and it was all worth it.

• Dec 14: Bringing Alyce home was surreal. Life has a whole new meaning now.

The New Normal
Adjusting to life with Alyce has been a mix of exhaustion and pure joy. The C-section was tough on Kat, but she’s showing the resilience of a superhero. Alyce is thriving, and we’re all in good health. We’re figuring out this parenting thing – from naps to introducing the dogs to Alyce. It’s a learning curve, but we’re loving every minute.

We’re still getting into the groove of our new routine, so we’re keeping this newsletter brief. But stay tuned for more stories and, of course, pictures of Alyce!

Your messages and well-wishes have been a source of strength for us. Thanks a million for being there! This new chapter as a family of three (five, if you count the pups!) is just beginning, and we’re glad you’re a part of it.

What’s Next?

We’re focusing on family time and getting Alyce settled. So, we’re limiting visits for now, but we promise to share more updates and photos soon.
