Villlhelllm: How do You even Spell It?
Life Update – Studená voda (Coldewater)!
Here we are, week 15! As our little bundle of joy grows, so does our anticipation and love. Each passing week brings a new milestone, and according to our app, we are currently the size of an apple!
During pregnancy, feeling accompanied and supported is essential, and I’m grateful to have Damian by my side every step of the way. Recently, he accompanied me to the ultrasound and midwife visit, and it was a pleasure to have him there. His presence was not only comforting but also provided an opportunity for him to ask any questions he had. Sharing these moments together strengthens our bond and makes the journey even more special.
As we explore Hamilton, we stumbled upon a shield by the waterfront bearing the name “Coldwater.” Inspired by this discovery, we decided to affectionately nickname our growing “apple” after it. It’s a small way to celebrate our connection to the city and create a unique bond with our little one. Damian even knows how to pronounce the Czech translation, “studená (voda)”! Every time we say the name, it brings a smile to our faces and fills our hearts with love.

Till Next We Meet, Brownie!
For years, people have been calling dogs “man’s best friend.” But let’s be real, dogs are more than just friends, they’re family. And when we lose a furry family member, it’s like losing a part of ourselves.
Recently, my heart ached for my friends Moe and Ang, who lost their dear family member, Brownie – a sweet, adorable Yorkshire terrier. I had the pleasure of getting to know Brownie over the years, and he was always there to greet me with a wagging tail. Losing him was a devastating blow, leaving an emptiness that can never be filled.
But we can take comfort in the belief that when a dog crosses the Rainbow Bridge, they get to run and play in a beautiful place with all the treats and toys they could ever want. And when their human passes away, they get to cross the bridge together and be reunited once again. It’s a comforting thought for those of us who have lost a furry family member.
To Moe and Ang, I can’t even imagine the depth of pain you are feeling after losing Brownie. But I know one thing for sure – he loved and protected you like no other dog could. Let us all take a moment to remember the good times and the joy that Brownie brought into your lives. He may have been just a small dog, but his presence was larger than life.
And for the rest of us, let’s cherish our furry family members a little extra today. Shower them with love, treats, and affection, for they are not just pets, but beloved members of our families.

Another Visitor – Uncle Bobby
We have some exciting news to share with you all. Last week, Uncle Bobby from Florida came to visit us, and what a visit it was!
First, we went on an adventure to visit his mother my grandmother known as “Mama”. It was quite a challenge to find her burial spot, but we persevered and paid our respects. Uncle Bobby shared some stories about his mother, whom he described as a strong and caring woman. I couldn’t agree more – without her sacrifices, our family wouldn’t be who we are today.
As Uncle Bobby said, “Mama was the matriarch of the family”. She held us together, taught us our values, and challenged us to be our best selves. I am forever grateful for everything she did for us.
After the visit with Mama, we headed back home, and Katerina made us a delicious dinner. We had a great time sharing stories and introducing Uncle Bobby to our furry friends. And the best part? Uncle Bobby won our Google Home Giveaway! Now he can ask Google to make him some mango sherbet – a flavor he has never tried before.

Woof Woof! 🐾
Hey there, pawsome pals! It’s Boujee and Dapper, your favorite canine duo, here to share our summer adventures with you. As the temperature rises, we’ve been embracing the joys of the sunny season. From cooling vests to family visits and thrilling fireworks, it’s been a whirlwind of excitement for us this week. So, grab a bowl of treats and get ready to dive into our pawsitively amazing summer escapades!
Summers can be a dog’s best friend and a little challenging at the same time. The scorching heat can be quite overwhelming, especially for us. But fear not, because our humans have got our backs! Whenever we head out for a walk or some outdoor playtime, we don our stylish cooling vests. These amazing inventions keep us feeling refreshed and comfortable, allowing us to enjoy the great outdoors without turning into hot pups!
We recently had a blast with Uncle Bobby’s visit. It was pawsitively wonderful having him around, and we can’t wait for his next visit!
Last night, we witnessed the mesmerizing beauty of Hamilton’s fireworks for the very first time. Oh, what a sight it was! The sky lit up with vibrant colors, and the thunderous booms echoed through the night. Dapper was a little scared at first, but curiosity got the better of him. He found himself torn between awe and caution, wagging his tail in a mix of excitement and hesitation. It was an unforgettable experience, and we’re grateful to have shared it with our beloved humans.
In just a couple of days, our butts will be giggling non-stop as we eagerly await the arrival of Kat’s family. We’re about to meet Charlie and Tete, for the very first time. We can already feel the anticipation in the air!
Until next time, keep your butts giggling and your paws exploring!
With love,
Boujee and Dapper ❤️
